Court fee calculator

Choose the kind of application, enter the value of the claim and the filing date. The calculator shows the fee at first instance, on appeal and in cassation.

How the court fee is calculated

  1. The base is the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons on 1 January of the filing year (Art. 4(1) of the Law on Court Fee).
  2. A monetary claim pays a percentage of its value, within a floor and a cap set in subsistence minimums. A non-monetary claim pays a fixed share of the subsistence minimum.
  3. An appeal against a judgment pays 150 %, and a cassation appeal 200 %, of the fee that was payable on the statement of claim (Art. 4(2)).
  4. Electronic filing through «Electronic Court» applies a rate of 0.8 (Art. 4(3)).

Subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons on 1 January 2026: UAH 3,328.00.
