24 August 2026 is Independence Day, but under martial law Art. 73 of the Labour Code does not apply, so it is a working day (Law No. 2136-IX, Art. 6 Part 6).

Honest answers

The server says what it does not know

For a lawyer, the danger is not an empty answer but a confident incomplete one. So every source follows the same rules.

Each answer carries the publication date of the register itself. An outdated snapshot carries the stale flag.

When a source does not answer, the assistant gets the reason, not an empty list that looks like “nothing found”.

No match never means that the person or the proceeding does not exist. Where the source can tell the difference, it says so.

Frequently asked questions

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol is an open standard through which an AI assistant calls external tools. You connect the server once, and the assistant decides by itself when to find an article of a law, a court decision or a register entry.

How do 7 days for 1 UAH work?

You register with your email and pay 1 UAH by card. For seven days you have the Start plan: 300 calls, all sources. A letter comes 3 days before the end. Then the card pays for the Lawyer plan for 4 weeks. If it does not suit you, turn auto-renewal off in your account and there is no charge. The trial is once per email and per card.

Will my price change after December 31, 2026?

No. If you pay for a plan by December 31, 2026, you renew it at the launch price while auto-renewal is on. The new price is for payments from January 1, 2027.

Which assistants are supported?

Claude.ai, Claude Desktop and ChatGPT. They connect by signing in to your Merit account, with no key to copy.

How do I add colleagues?

On the «Firm» plan, the account owner invites colleagues by email in the Team section. Each one signs in with their own email and connects Claude or ChatGPT, and all calls count in one limit. When a colleague leaves, the owner removes them, and their connections stop at once.

Can the server change or send anything on my behalf?

No. No tool changes anything: they only read data. The server keeps no sessions: each request stands alone.

Where does the data come from, and how fresh is it?

From official open sources: the Verkhovna Rada, the court decisions register, the Ministry of Justice, the Bar Association, the State Tax Service, the National Bank, the State Statistics Service, the Antimonopoly Committee, the IP office (UKRNOIVI), the National Police, Prozorro, sanctions lists, and for foreign companies GLEIF and Companies House. ICIJ Offshore Leaks is a set of leaked files that journalists published, not a state register. Each answer has an as_of field: the publication date of the source itself, not the date of our sync.

Does it replace a check by a lawyer?

No. The server gives the assistant exact sources with links and dates. The conclusion and the responsibility stay with the lawyer.

What counts as a call?

One successful tool call through MCP. The tool list, a refusal for the limit and a “source unavailable” answer do not count. One lawyer’s question usually takes 2 to 6 calls: the assistant decides how many sources to check.

What happens when the limit of the period runs out?

The server refuses new calls until the next period starts (4 weeks). On the Lawyer and Firm plans you can buy 10,000 more calls for 1,290 UAH, or move to a bigger plan. We never charge more by ourselves.

How do I change the plan or cancel?

In your account. A bigger plan starts on the day you pay, and the unused time of the current plan counts towards its price. A smaller plan starts with the next period. If you turn auto-renewal off, the plan works until the end of the paid time, and then the assistant gets no answers. Connections stay, and work again after you pay.

How do I pay?

By card in your account, through monobank, in hryvnias. The plan renews itself at the end of the period, and a letter comes 3 days before each charge. A year is 13 periods for the price of 11. An invoice for a company is on request. The account, the contract and the letters are in Ukrainian.
