Article 120 Budget Code. Зупинення операцій з бюджетними коштами
1. Зупинення операцій з бюджетними коштами полягає у зупиненні будь-яких операцій із здійснення платежів з рахунку порушника бюджетного законодавства. Механізм зупинення операцій з бюджетними коштами визначається Кабінетом Міністрів України.
2. Зупинення операцій з бюджетними коштами можливе на строк до 30 днів або до усунення порушення бюджетного законодавства у межах поточного бюджетного періоду, якщо інше не передбачено законом.
