1. Відповідні органи державної влади забезпечують здійснення видатків, визначених пунктом 1 частини першої статті 82 цього Кодексу.
2. Рада міністрів Автономної Республіки Крим, місцеві державні адміністрації, виконавчі органи відповідних місцевих рад забезпечують здійснення видатків, визначених пунктами 2 і 3 частини першої статті 82 цього Кодексу.
