Article 1002 Civil Code. Право повіреного на плату
1. Повірений має право на плату за виконання свого обов'язку за договором доручення, якщо інше не встановлено договором або законом.
2. Якщо в договорі доручення не визначено розміру плати повіреному або порядок її виплати, вона виплачується після виконання доручення відповідно до звичайних цін на такі послуги.
