Article 1130 Civil Code. Договір про спільну діяльність
1. За договором про спільну діяльність сторони (учасники) зобов'язуються спільно діяти без створення юридичної особи для досягнення певної мети, що не суперечить законові.
2. Спільна діяльність може здійснюватися на основі об'єднання вкладів учасників (просте товариство) або без об'єднання вкладів учасників.
