Article 1190 Civil Code. Відшкодування шкоди, завданої спільно кількома особами
1. Особи, спільними діями або бездіяльністю яких було завдано шкоди, несуть солідарну відповідальність перед потерпілим.
2. За заявою потерпілого суд може визначити відповідальність осіб, які спільно завдали шкоди, у частці відповідно до ступеня їхньої вини.
