Article 156 Civil Code. Збільшення статутного капіталу акціонерного товариства
1. Розмір статутного капіталу акціонерного товариства збільшується шляхом підвищення номінальної вартості акцій або додаткової емісії акцій існуючої номінальної вартості.
2. У випадках, визначених статутом акціонерного товариства і законом, може встановлюватися переважне право акціонерів на придбання акцій, що додатково випускаються акціонерним товариством.
