Article 236 Civil Code. Момент недійсності правочину
1. Нікчемний правочин або правочин, визнаний судом недійсним, є недійсним з моменту його вчинення.
2. Якщо за недійсним правочином права та обов'язки передбачалися лише на майбутнє, можливість настання їх у майбутньому припиняється.
