Article 665 Civil Code. Правові наслідки відмови продавця передати товар
1. У разі відмови продавця передати проданий товар покупець має право відмовитися від договору купівлі-продажу.
2. Якщо продавець відмовився передати річ, визначену індивідуальними ознаками, покупець має право пред'явити продавцеві вимоги відповідно до статті 620 цього Кодексу.
