Article 760 Civil Code. Предмет договору найму
1. Предметом договору найму може бути річ, яка визначена індивідуальними ознаками і яка зберігає свій первісний вигляд при неодноразовому використанні (неспоживна річ).
Законом можуть бути встановлені види майна, що не можуть бути предметом договору найму.
2. Предметом договору найму можуть бути майнові права.
3. Особливості найму окремих видів майна встановлюються цим Кодексом та іншим законом.
