Article 792 Civil Code. Договір найму земельної ділянки
1. За договором найму (оренди) земельної ділянки наймодавець зобов'язується передати наймачеві земельну ділянку на встановлений договором строк у володіння та користування за плату.
Земельна ділянка може передаватись у найм разом з насадженнями, будівлями, спорудами, водоймами, які знаходяться на ній, або без них.
2. Відносини щодо найму (оренди) земельної ділянки регулюються законом.
