Article 859 Civil Code. Гарантія якості роботи
1. Якщо договором або законом передбачено надання підрядником замовникові гарантії якості роботи, підрядник зобов'язаний передати замовникові результат роботи, який має відповідати вимогам статті 857 цього Кодексу протягом усього гарантійного строку.
2. Гарантія якості роботи поширюється на все, що становить результат роботи, якщо інше не встановлено договором підряду.
