1. Підрядник зобов'язаний передати замовникові разом з результатом роботи інформацію щодо експлуатації або іншого використання предмета договору підряду, якщо це передбачено договором або якщо без такої інформації використання результату роботи для цілей, визначених договором, є неможливим.
