1. Договір побутового підряду вважається укладеним у належній формі, якщо підрядник видав замовникові квитанцію або інший документ, що підтверджує укладення договору.
Відсутність у замовника цього документа не позбавляє його права залучати свідків для підтвердження факту укладення договору або його умов.
