Article 902 Civil Code. Виконання договору про надання послуг
1. Виконавець повинен надати послугу особисто.
2. У випадках, встановлених договором, виконавець має право покласти виконання договору про надання послуг на іншу особу, залишаючись відповідальним в повному обсязі перед замовником за порушення договору.
