Article 942 Civil Code. Обов'язок зберігача щодо забезпечення схоронності речі
1. Зберігач зобов'язаний вживати усіх заходів, встановлених договором, законом, іншими актами цивільного законодавства, для забезпечення схоронності речі.
2. Якщо зберігання здійснюється безоплатно, зберігач зобов'язаний піклуватися про річ, як про свою власну.
