Article 126 Civil Procedure Code. Наслідки пропущення процесуальних строків

1. Право на вчинення процесуальної дії втрачається із закінченням строку, встановленого законом або судом.

2. Документи, подані після закінчення процесуальних строків, залишаються без розгляду, крім випадків, передбачених цим Кодексом.
