Article 205 Civil Procedure Code. Строк проведення врегулювання спору за участю судді

1. Врегулювання спору за участю судді проводиться протягом розумного строку, але не більше тридцяти днів з дня постановлення ухвали про його проведення.

2. Строк проведення врегулювання спору за участю судді продовженню не підлягає.
