1. Суд відмовляє в прийнятті заяви про передачу безхазяйної нерухомої речі у власність територіальної громади, якщо вона не взята на облік органом, який здійснює державну реєстрацію права на нерухоме майно, або якщо заяву подано до закінчення одного року з дня взяття її на облік.
