Article 285 Commercial Procedure Code. Вручення судових рішень суду апеляційної інстанції

1. Судові рішення суду апеляційної інстанції вручаються (видаються або надсилаються) в порядку, встановленому статтею 242 цього Кодексу.

2. Копії судових рішень суду апеляційної інстанції повторно видаються судом, який розглядав таку справу як суд першої інстанції.
