Article 344 Commercial Procedure Code. Розподіл витрат, пов’язаних з розглядом скарги
1. Судові витрати, пов’язані з розглядом скарги, покладаються судом на заявника, якщо було постановлено рішення про відмову в задоволенні його скарги, або на орган державної виконавчої служби чи приватного виконавця, якщо було постановлено ухвалу про задоволення скарги заявника.
