Article 364 Commercial Procedure Code. Звільнення заявника від судових витрат
1. У справі про відновлення втраченого судового провадження заявник звільняється від сплати судових витрат. У разі подання завідомо неправдивої заяви судові витрати, понесені іншими учасниками справи, відшкодовуються заявником у повному обсязі, про що суд постановляє ухвалу.
