Касаційна скарга на рішення та постанови, визначені частиною першою статті 328 цього Кодексу, має бути розглянута протягом шістдесяти днів, а на ухвали, визначені частинами другою та третьою статті 328 цього Кодексу, - протягом тридцяти днів з дня постановлення ухвали про відкриття касаційного провадження у справі.
