Article 35 Code of Administrative Justice. Незмінність складу суду
1. Справа, розгляд якої розпочато одним суддею чи колегією суддів, повинна бути розглянута цим самим суддею чи колегією суддів, за винятком випадків, які унеможливлюють участь судді у розгляді справи.
2. У разі зміни складу суду розгляд справи починається спочатку, за винятком випадків, визначених цим Кодексом.
