Article 391 Code of Administrative Justice. Звільнення заявника від судових витрат

1. У справі про відновлення втраченого судового провадження заявник звільняється від оплати судових витрат. У разі подання завідомо неправдивої заяви судові витрати, понесені іншими учасниками справи, відшкодовуються заявником у повному обсязі, про що суд постановляє ухвалу.
