Article 24 Criminal Code. Умисел і його види
1. Умисел поділяється на прямий і непрямий.
2. Прямим є умисел, якщо особа усвідомлювала суспільно небезпечний характер свого діяння (дії або бездіяльності), передбачала його суспільно небезпечні наслідки і бажала їх настання.
