1. Аудіо-, відеоконтроль особи є різновидом втручання у приватне спілкування, яке проводиться без її відома на підставі ухвали слідчого судді, якщо є достатні підстави вважати, що розмови цієї особи або інші звуки, рухи, дії, пов’язані з її діяльністю або місцем перебування тощо, можуть містити відомості, які мають значення для досудового розслідування.
