Article 369 Criminal Procedure Code. Види судових рішень

2. Судове рішення, у якому слідчий суддя, суд вирішує інші питання, викладається у формі ухвали.
3. Суд касаційної інстанції у випадках, передбачених цим Кодексом, приймає постанови.
