Клопотання прокурора про арешт тимчасово вилученого майна повинно бути подане не пізніше наступного робочого дня після доставлення на територію України особи, затриманої в дипломатичному представництві, консульській установі, на судні України, інакше майно має бути негайно повернуто особі, у якої його було вилучено.
