Article 587 Criminal Procedure Code. Проведення екстрадиційної перевірки
1. Екстрадиційна перевірка обставин, що можуть перешкоджати видачі особи, проводиться центральним органом України або за його дорученням чи зверненням відповідною обласною прокуратурою.
2. Екстрадиційна перевірка здійснюється протягом шістдесяти днів. Цей строк може бути продовжено відповідним центральним органом України.
3. Матеріали екстрадиційної перевірки разом із висновком щодо такої перевірки надсилаються відповідному центральному органу України.
