Постанову по справі про адміністративне правопорушення може бути оскаржено прокурором у випадках, передбачених частиною п’ятою статті 7 цього Кодексу, особою, щодо якої її винесено, а також потерпілим.
Постанова суду про накладення адміністративного стягнення може бути оскаржена в порядку, визначеному цим Кодексом.
