Самовільно зайняті земельні ділянки лісогосподарського призначення, інші земельні лісові ділянки підлягають поверненню за їх належністю без відшкодування витрат, понесених за час незаконного користування ними.
Повернення самовільно зайнятих земельних ділянок лісогосподарського призначення, інших земельних лісових ділянок здійснюється в порядку, встановленому Земельним кодексом України.
