Article 586 Customs Code. Житлове забезпечення посадових осіб митних органів
1. Посадовим особам митних органів надається службове житло в порядку, визначеному Кабінетом Міністрів України. Посадовим особам митних органів, які переводяться на роботу в іншу місцевість, а також випускникам вищих навчальних закладів, які одержали направлення на роботу до митних органів, розташованих в іншій місцевості, службове житло надається невідкладно.
