1. У разі розірвання шлюбу органом державної реєстрації актів цивільного стану шлюб припиняється у день реєстрації розірвання шлюбу.
2. У разі розірвання шлюбу судом шлюб припиняється у день набрання чинності рішенням суду про розірвання шлюбу.
