Article 168 Family Code. Побачення з дитиною матері, батька, які позбавлені батьківських прав
1. Мати, батько, позбавлені батьківських прав, мають право на звернення до суду із заявою про надання їм права на побачення з дитиною.
Суд може дозволити разові, періодичні побачення з дитиною, якщо це не завдасть шкоди її життю, здоров'ю та моральному вихованню, за умови присутності іншої особи.
