Article 24 Family Code. Добровільність шлюбу
1. Шлюб ґрунтується на вільній згоді жінки та чоловіка.
Примушування жінки та чоловіка до шлюбу не допускається.
2. Реєстрація шлюбу з особою, яка визнана недієздатною, а також з особою, яка з інших причин не усвідомлювала значення своїх дій і (або) не могла керувати ними, має наслідки, встановлені статтями 38-40 цього Кодексу.
