1. Внуки, правнуки зобов'язані піклуватися про своїх бабу, діда, прабабу, прадіда.
2. Повнолітні брати, сестри, пасинки, падчерки зобов'язані піклуватися про брата, сестру, вітчима, мачуху, які виховували їх та надавали їм матеріальну допомогу.
Такий обов'язок мають особи і щодо тих, з ким вони проживали однією сім'єю до досягнення повноліття.
