1. Розірвання шлюбу, смерть дружини або чоловіка не є перешкодою для визнання шлюбу недійсним.
2. Якщо шлюб розірвано за рішенням суду, позов про визнання його недійсним може бути пред'явлено лише після скасування рішення суду про розірвання шлюбу.
