Article 87 Family Code. Припинення права чоловіка на утримання
1. Право чоловіка на утримання, передбачене статтею 86 цього Кодексу, припиняється, якщо дитина передана на виховання іншій особі, а також у разі смерті дитини.
2. Право чоловіка на утримання припиняється, якщо за рішенням суду виключено відомості про дружину як матір з актового запису про народження дитини.
