Article 212 Land Code. Повернення самовільно зайнятих земельних ділянок
1. Самовільно зайняті земельні ділянки підлягають поверненню власникам землі або землекористувачам без відшкодування затрат, понесених за час незаконного користування ними.
2. Приведення земельних ділянок у придатний для використання стан, включаючи знесення будинків, будівель і споруд, здійснюється за рахунок громадян або юридичних осіб, які самовільно зайняли земельні ділянки.
3. Повернення самовільно зайнятих земельних ділянок провадиться за рішенням суду.
