Земельні ділянки, одержані громадянами внаслідок приватизації земель державних та комунальних сільськогосподарських підприємств, на яких розташовані та функціонують меліоративні системи, використовуються спільно на підставі угоди. У разі відсутності згоди щодо спільного використання зазначених земельних ділянок питання вирішується в судовому порядку.
