Article 784 Civil Code. Розірвання договору найму на вимогу наймача
1. Наймач має право вимагати розірвання договору найму, якщо:
1) наймодавець передав річ, якість якої не відповідає умовам договору та призначенню речі;
2) наймодавець не виконує свого обов'язку щодо проведення капітального ремонту речі.
