Article 320 Merchant Shipping Code. Відповідальність власника ядерного судна
При заподіянні ядерної шкоди ядерним судном, на експлуатацію якого на момент ядерного інциденту не було видано дозволу державою, під прапором якої плавало судно, відповідальність покладається на власника ядерного судна. У цьому разі обмеження відповідальності оператора ядерного судна на підставі статті 318 цього Кодексу не застосовується.
