Звернення стягнення на закладене судно провадиться за рішенням суду, господарського суду або Морської арбітражної комісії, якщо інше не передбачено чинним законодавством України.
Реалізація закладеного судна, на яке звертається стягнення, здійснюється відповідно до чинного законодавства України, якщо інше не передбачено договором про іпотеку.
