Для проведення заходів по охороні праці виділяються у встановленому порядку кошти і необхідні матеріали. Витрачати ці кошти і матеріали на інші цілі забороняється.
Порядок використання зазначених коштів і матеріалів визначається в колективних договорах.
Трудові колективи контролюють використання коштів, призначених на охорону праці.
