Працівникам, що працюють в холодну пору року на відкритому повітрі або в закритих неопалюваних приміщеннях, вантажникам та деяким іншим категоріям працівників у випадках, передбачених законодавством, надаються спеціальні перерви для обігрівання і відпочинку, які включаються у робочий час. Роботодавець зобов’язаний обладнати приміщення для обігрівання і відпочинку працівників.
