Article 53 Labour Code. Тривалість роботи напередодні святкових, неробочих і вихідних днів
Напередодні святкових і неробочих днів (стаття 73) тривалість роботи працівників, крім працівників, зазначених у статті 51 цього Кодексу, скорочується на одну годину як при п'ятиденному, так і при шестиденному робочому тижні.
Напередодні вихідних днів тривалість роботи при шестиденному робочому тижні не може перевищувати 5 годин.
